Your getting 'Requires a newer version of the framework.....' ?

A lot of Windows Mobile applications require the use of Microsft's Compact Framework.

which if you install will run any application that requires Compact Framework,

When you attempt to download on your device, you get jumbled text ?

If you are using Internet Explorer on your deivce and you initiate a download and instead of allowing you to download the CAB it opens it up as jumbled text then you can simply download the CAB to your PC and copy it accross or you can use another browser on your device like Opera mobile.
